Barbury Business Centre is located in the Docklands area of Preston, on the Nelson Court Business Centre, a small secure private estate, just off Chain Caul Way.  Preston City Centre is approximately 2 miles to the east, and we are within half a mile of a motorway junction, allowing fast access to the motorway network, avoiding city traffic.

Local businesses include Preston Marina, Makro, Car Dealerships, J D Gym, Total Fitness, Starbucks, Morrison’s, and Odeon Cinema.

Internally, there is a communal entrance, a communal kitchen and WC facilities. A meeting room is located on the ground floor for use by all tenants on a booking system for no additional charge. (currently unavailable. Update to follow.)
