We required an office in Preston for our own business and struggled to find one which suited our needs at an affordable cost without having to enter into any ambiguous, excessive tenancy agreements. We eventually sourced Hardy Close and felt that we could utilize the building by adding a mezzanine floor and facilities to create individual offices, which would meet our requirements and also provide opportunities for other businesses. We identified that there were offices available, but felt that they were very expensive. The pricing system applied was extremely basic and not what we were looking for, therefore we completed Resada House with the confidence that we could supply the market with an alternative ‘all inclusive’ rental (VAT is not included in our published terms and; conditions).This would enable companies to set budgets, which they could with some confidence achieve.

We approached Barbury Properties because their pricing and packages were very competitive to other companies in the surrounding area. We arranged a consultation from which they provided a bespoke solution to cater for our needs. Along with their pro-active stance, we found Barbury Properties to be helpful, flexible and great communicators. The offices we had been presented were spacious, clean and modern. Their all inclusive package provides complete peace of mind with no surprises and allows us to focus more time on our business. Since leasing one of their offices, we have seen our business grow very rapidly and have been presented with some exciting business opportunities. My only complaint is that we should have leased one of their offices alot sooner!
